Kristen has extensive experience in real estate and marketing.

Kristen is a licenced Real Estate Agent with over ten year’s experience in Sydney’s commercial and industrial property market. This, coupled with her background in marketing, led her to found Billicorp in 2003.

Before establishing Billicorp, Kristen worked for Chesterton International Real Estate Pty Ltd from 1998 to 2003. Kristen was responsible for initiating Chesterton’s entry into South Sydney’s industrial property sector and she was the Director of its Sydney-wide Industrial business unit, which included Industrial divisions in South Sydney, North Sydney and Parramatta.

Kristen has an extensive background in marketing, culminating in her role as Associate Director of Marketing at the Ritz Carlton Hotel Company from 1995 to 1997. Kristen was ranked in the top ten sales-people world-wide for the hotel group. Described as “passionate about client-service”, in her years with the Ritz Carlton Kristen dealt with diverse clients, including Princess Diana, Madonna and Neil Diamond.

Her commitment to client service continues to define Billicorp’s ethos. She says “with Billicorp we want to redefine the way that agents deal with their clients. By treating clients as individuals - by communicating closely with them and attending to their needs - we really can achieve better results. This is not just good practice, it’s good business.”

Kristen worked as a Foreign Exchange Broker at Harlow Butler Australia Ltd from 1989 to 1993.

Kristen's knowledge and impressive reputation means she is often called upon to lecture and present to fellow real estate professionals and contribute to industry leading publications.
